These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Tourvellanessaria website and requests for travel-planning services. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you later enter into a separate written service or booking agreement with us, that agreement may contain additional or more specific terms that apply to the purchased service.

Tourvellanessaria provides travel research, itinerary design, accommodation coordination, destination logistics and related concierge-style planning. We are not a casino operator, gaming platform, payment processor for gaming activity or guarantor of any venue outcome. References to casino-resort travel describe the destination theme of the itinerary, not a gaming service supplied by us.
4. Travel requests and availability
Submitting a website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, reservation or service agreement. Availability, pricing, room categories, schedules and destination conditions may change before a separate confirmation is issued. A travel plan may contain recommendations that require later confirmation with the relevant supplier or venue.
5. Traveller responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate planning information, reviewing itinerary details, carrying appropriate identity and travel documents, meeting entry and minimum-age requirements, observing local rules and arriving at departure or meeting points on time. You should promptly tell us about errors or material changes in the information supplied for planning.
6. Pricing and third-party charges
Where we provide pricing in a proposal, the proposal will state what is included and any known assumptions. Taxes, destination charges, transportation charges, supplier fees or changes caused by a later itinerary amendment may affect the final amount. Website descriptions alone are not a binding price quotation.
7. Changes and cancellations
Change, cancellation and refund rights depend on the specific service and any supplier conditions disclosed at the time of confirmation. If you ask us to revise an itinerary after reservations have been confirmed, additional charges or availability limits may apply. We will communicate material known consequences before carrying out a requested change where reasonably practicable.
8. Third-party services
Travel itineraries can involve independent accommodation providers, carriers, venues, attractions and local service operators. Those providers control their own operations, schedules, entry conditions and service delivery. Their acts and omissions are not under our direct operational control. Any supplier-specific terms supplied with a confirmation remain applicable to that service.
9. Acceptable website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business travel enquiries. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, misrepresent another person, or use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Tourvellanessaria name, site layout, original written content and other materials created for the website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal travel planning. Reproduction for resale, misleading attribution, automated republication or creation of a competing content library requires prior written permission unless the law expressly permits the use.
11. Website accuracy
We aim to keep destination and service information clear and current, but travel conditions can change. Descriptions may be illustrative rather than a representation that a particular room, view, schedule or amenity will be available on a specific date. Before making a binding travel decision, rely on the details contained in the applicable confirmation or agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of the informational website is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any service-specific liability provisions in a later written agreement will apply to that service to the extent permitted by law.
13. Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
Travel may be affected by severe weather, transportation disruption, government action, labour disruption, infrastructure failure, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Where such an event affects a confirmed service, the applicable supplier terms and mandatory consumer law will guide available alternatives, changes or refunds.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the website or submit an enquiry. The Cookie Policy explains the limited browser-storage practices of the current site. Those policies form part of the website information framework and should be read alongside these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try to resolve a dispute through written communication where appropriate.
