Start with the dates, the region—or simply the atmosphere you want.

A useful first enquiry does not need to be complete. Give us the constraints you already know and we can structure the next questions.

Before you enquire

Three details that improve the first itinerary draft.

Your realistic arrival time

A late arrival can change whether the first evening should contain a fixed commitment or remain intentionally open.

Your preferred pace

Tell us whether you want a full schedule, a relaxed stay or a balanced mix. This matters more than adding a long wish list.

Your room priorities

View, bed arrangement, proximity between rooms and quiet-location preferences can influence which property best fits the route.

After you send the brief

What happens next in the planning process.

The first request starts a planning conversation; it is not expected to contain every detail. We use the information you provide to identify the practical questions that must be answered before a useful route can be drafted.

01

We read the constraints

Dates, origin, group size, preferred region, trip length and any important accommodation or mobility information are reviewed together rather than as separate fields.

02

We identify the route shape

We consider whether the trip is best served by one base or a measured multi-stop structure and which Canadian region best matches the atmosphere you described.

03

We clarify missing decisions

If a room preference, arrival window or pace choice materially affects the route, we raise that question before building the itinerary instead of making a silent assumption.

04

We prepare a planning direction

The next step is a coherent route concept that can be refined around accommodation, transfers, entertainment timing and optional daytime experiences.

Useful information can be approximate. A date range is enough if flights are not selected, and a preferred travel mood can be more useful than naming a specific property too early. If you are deciding between a city stay, a mountain route or an eastern heritage journey, say so in the message and we can compare the practical differences.

Please avoid placing highly sensitive personal information in the initial request. Detailed booking information should only be provided later when it is necessary for a specific travel service and an appropriate collection method has been confirmed.
