This document describes the website and travel-planning service operated by Tourvellanessaria Travel Services Inc.. It does not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Purpose of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains whether the Tourvellanessaria website uses cookies or comparable browser-storage technologies and how any such technologies are handled. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Current website configuration
The current static website does not include third-party advertising trackers, behavioural profiling scripts or third-party analytics libraries. The core pages are designed to function without advertising cookies. Our enquiry form is processed in the browser interface and does not intentionally place a tracking cookie.
3. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records that a website can ask a browser to store and return on later requests. Similar technologies can include local browser storage or session-based identifiers. They can support essential functions, remember preferences or, on some websites, measure usage. The fact that a technology can be used for tracking does not mean this website currently uses it for that purpose.
4. Strictly necessary technology
If a technical feature requires short-lived storage to maintain security, preserve a user-requested setting or keep a core function working, that storage may be treated as strictly necessary under applicable law. Strictly necessary storage is not used to build marketing profiles.
5. Optional cookies and consent
If the site later introduces optional analytics, personalization or advertising cookies, they will not be activated for visitors who are legally entitled to prior consent until the required consent choice has been obtained. A future consent interface would also provide a practical way to refuse optional categories and change the choice later.
6. Third-party content
The current frontend does not intentionally load external scripts, fonts, images or stylesheets from third-party networks. This reduces the number of third parties that could otherwise place browser identifiers while a page loads.
7. Managing browser storage
You can review or remove stored website data through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect websites that rely on essential session functions, although the current public Tourvellanessaria pages are designed to remain readable without optional tracking technology.
8. Do-not-track and similar signals
Browser privacy signals are evolving and are not interpreted uniformly across all legal regimes. Because this website does not currently deploy behavioural advertising trackers, there is no advertising profile on the site for such a signal to disable.
9. Retention
Where strictly necessary browser storage is used in a future functional feature, its retention period should be limited to what is reasonably required for that function. Optional technology, if introduced, would be documented with an appropriate duration and purpose.
10. Local storage, session storage and similar browser features
Cookies are only one form of browser-side storage. Websites may also use local storage, session storage or comparable browser features to retain information. In the current version of the Tourvellanessaria website, we do not intentionally use these mechanisms for advertising profiles, behavioural tracking or cross-site identification.
If a future feature requires browser-side storage for a genuine functional purpose, we will assess whether the feature is strictly necessary or whether consent is required before enabling it. Where consent is required, the feature will not be activated solely because a visitor continued browsing.
11. Server logs are not the same as cookies
A hosting provider may generate technical server logs when a browser requests a page. Such logs can contain information such as request time, requested path, response status and network information. Server logs are processed on the server and are conceptually different from a cookie stored in the visitor's browser.
Where server logs are available to us, they should be limited to purposes such as security, service reliability, diagnostics and abuse prevention, subject to appropriate retention and access controls. This policy does not describe server logging as a cookie or imply that browser consent automatically governs every server-side record.
12. Consent records if optional technology is introduced
If Tourvellanessaria later introduces optional cookies or comparable technology that requires consent, we may need to retain a limited record of the visitor's consent choice so that the website can respect that choice. Such a record should contain only the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate and apply the preference.
Visitors must be able to refuse optional technology without losing access to ordinary informational pages where that technology is not necessary. A withdrawal mechanism should be as accessible as the original consent mechanism, and withdrawing consent should affect future optional storage rather than rewriting lawful processing that already occurred.
13. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy if the website begins using new browser-storage technologies or if applicable requirements change. The current version published here governs the present site configuration.
